The service
Rota, provided by [Your Company Legal Name] ("we", "us") of [Registered Business Address], is a rota-planning and estimated-labour-cost tool. Rota is not payroll software. Figures shown are estimates based on scheduled hours and hourly rates you enter; they do not calculate tax, National Insurance, pensions, holiday pay, or any other statutory deduction or employment cost.
Accounts and plan limits
The current plan supports up to 5 active employees and 2 administrators for one business location. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including hourly rates.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. If a payment fails, your account moves to a read-only state rather than having data deleted.
Acceptable use
