Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start a trial from signup — the exact length and terms are shown before you enter any payment details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in one click — it stops at your next renewal date, no more payments are taken, and your data is kept.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll let you know and give you time to update your card. Your data is never deleted — the rota just becomes read-only until billing is resolved.
Do you offer annual billing?
Where available, you can choose monthly or annual billing at checkout.
