Frequently asked questions
Is this payroll software?
No. Rota calculates estimated scheduled hours and estimated wage cost from the hours you schedule and the hourly rates you enter. It does not calculate tax, National Insurance, pensions or any other statutory deduction.
How many employees can I add?
Up to 5 active employees and 2 administrators, across one business location, on the current plan.
Can my employees see each other's pay?
No. Employees only ever see their own hours and estimated pay, never a colleague's.
